Planning For A Romantic Vacation

This is the holiday season and with all the work piling up, I haven't had time to plan for a vacation. In any case, I am still going to clear my leave in another week's time. I was just browsing the net recently and came across several interesting vacation offers.

What impresses most is the romantic vacations in Jamaica... been a while since I went anywhere romantic with my wife. When we married, we joined a group tour which actually organized caribbean weddings and we really enjoyed our stay in jamaica all inclusive resort.

I will share some of my tips tips to plan for a romantic vacation here:

1. Check the weather and the high season, so that you are not caught in the rainy or snowy season!

2. Passports. If you don't already hav them, you'll have to spoil at least that much of the surprise so your partner gets one or renews it.

3. Be sure everybody has taken leave before you book the trip. Else it could be a huge disappointment to forgo the trip at the last minute.

4. Make childcare arrangements if necessary, and make sure your partner won't worry about the kids. If there's one main romantic vacation spoiler, it's worrying about the kids!

5. Accommodate for checks and/or credit cards, foreign currencies if necessary, appropriate clothes, and other things you'll need on the trip.

6. Take along your "tools of the trade," or know where you can buy them. These are things like candles, lingerie, massage oil, a CD of love songs and a portable CD player, fancy clothes if you need them, etc.

It can be fun to plan a romantic vacation for your partner. And it can be even more fun to plan one together. No matter which one you choose, do have fun, and enjoy the trip!
